Very bright apartment 200 m from the beach in a quiet street. Master bedroom with balcony and a double room ideal for children. Located in the Forum area near CCIB and Palo alto MKT. Well communicated by bus and Metro (Selva de Mar). Groceries and restaurants in the area. Parks by the sea for walking, playgrounds for children and 2 skateparks nearby for teenagers. Restoration school (ESHOB) next door. Shopping center with dining area just a 10-minute walk away. Family Nature Museum.

We have a queen bed (150 x 200 cm) and a 2 single beds in the double room ( 90 x 190 and 90 x 200 cm). Bed linen and towels are included.
Kitchen
Fully equipped: Plates and cutlery, pots and pans, Nespresso coffee machine (with some capsules). Toaster, kettle, oven and microwave. Dishwasher.
Wifi
Enjoy a 300 MB fiber connection in the living room. The speed decreases at the other end of the apartment.
Beach
You don't need to bring your own umbrella, we have beach accessories for you. However, beach towels are not included.
Culture
A 10-minute walk from the Forum area, where some music festivals take place. Next to the Palo Alto market.

Nice location. Short distance to Subway, tram and grocery stores. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook. China, glasses, bowls, pots and pans, even toaster and a variety of coffee makers. Especially nice to have spices, olive oil and some coffee on hand! Clean and comfortable!

Pau is a SUPER host! The communication was great, the apartment was perfect for our family; very clean, enough space, very quiet and enough towels!
The area is fantastic, 5 minutes from the supermarket, 8 minutes from the beach. And a beautiful walk to the Sagrada Familia was so nice. We really loved our stay and after 8 days we wanted to stay another week. And the weather…every day sunny!!! Hopefully we can go back another time! Thank you so much, Pau!

todo fue muy bien el aptm es excelente super bien localizado el metro esta super cerca y el barrio es muy tranquilo. Pau es muy simpatico y siempre responde con rapidez cuando teniamos alguna duda.
