Respect your neighbours: please keep quiet from 23:00 to 08:00. No parties are allowed.
Smoke-free zone: smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If needed, please use the balcony.

Eco-friendly measures
We invested in efficient windows, AC and heating to improve comfort and reduce waste.
Please turn off heating or AC when windows are open or when you are away from home.
Waste recycling
Containers are on the nearby street Ramon Turró.
Yellow for packaging, blue for paper, green for glass, brown for organic waste and grey for the rest.
Coffee time
There is a Nespresso machine for espresso, a drip coffee maker for filter coffee and an electric kettle for tea.
Induction hob and kitchen
Place the pan on the selected circle, press ON and use the plus button to increase heat. It can warm up quickly.
Dishwasher
Add the tablet, close the soap door and use the fast program. It is the one we normally recommend.
Washing machine
Add the detergent and use the rapido program for a quick wash up to 4 kg.
Clothes usually come out quite dry after spinning. Use the drying line if needed.
AC and heating
The air conditioning and heating work by remote control in each room. Please use them responsibly and turn them off when windows are open.

Sometimes things break and we may not notice. If you tell us, it helps us fix issues faster and improve the stay for everyone.
Tourist tax
The Generalitat de Catalunya and Barcelona City Council require us to collect the tourist tax.
