Respect your neighbours: please keep quiet from 23:00 to 08:00. No parties are allowed.

Smoke-free zone: smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. If needed, please use the balcony.

The building has an old elevator. It still works well, but please use it carefully.

Only 2 people with luggage or 3 people without luggage at the same time, and make sure both inner and outer doors are properly closed.

Put the tablet in the soap compartment, close it and choose the fast program. That is the one we usually recommend.

Add detergent and use the mix 57 min program for the most practical everyday wash.

Central heating thermostat

Central heating

Set the desired temperature and wait around 15 minutes for the radiators to warm up.

Between 18 and 20 degrees usually feels comfortable.

Please turn it off when windows are open. It keeps the apartment comfortable and avoids wasting energy.

Choose the correct knob, turn it left and use the lighter from the drawer below to ignite the burner.

Set the temperature, timer and whether you need the lower oven function or the top grill.

Recycling bins

Containers are around the corner and can be used at any time.

Yellow for packaging, blue for paper, green for glass, brown for organic waste and grey for the rest.
